Motorola has announced a predecessor of Xoom in the form of Motorola Xoom 2. It is more lighter & fastest version of Xoom.

Specifications

Talking about the specs the dimension of the Tablet is 253.9 x 173.6 x 8.8 mm & weighing around 599g. The screen measures 10.1 inch Gorilla Glass display of 800x1280 pixels resolution. On the back it sports 5 megapixel rear camera along with LED flash and autofocus features. Xoom 2 is also capable for video calling having 1.3 megapixel front facing camera.

It runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system which is specially designed for the Tablet. The gadget is powered by 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 dual core processor and backed up by 1GB RAM. It has 16GB memory for storage which can be further extended up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

Advantages & Disadvantages

Talking about the advantages includes powerful processor that delivers superb performance. The gadget is more stylish having slim design at 8.8 mm thickness.
