First time RIM has announced the handset – BlackBerry Torch 9810 that supports full touchscreen feature. It is successor of 9800 with upgraded features like screen, processor & the most important latest OS.
Specifications
The BlackBerry Torch 9810 is combined with QWERTY keypad & touchscreen feature in sliding format but still it’s not a lightweight phone. The dimension of phone is 62x14.6x111 mm & weighing 161g. It measures 3.2 inch display only of 360 by 480 pixels resolution. The device is equipped by 1.2GHz processor& backed up by 768MB of RAM. Processor is not dual core but still it is responsive.
On the back of the phone it sports 5 megapixel camera for static image. Video recording is also possible at 720p. The handset runs on the latest operating system of RIM – OS 7. It’s an upgraded version of OS 6 & offer improved interface.

The BlackBerry Torch 9810 is a powerful device with a fast processor that delivers fast performance. Great combination of full touchscreen & sliding QWERTY keypad makes it attractive. Inside the phone there is 1,270mAh battery which offers healthy backup despite of heavy processor.
The handset is little bit heavy & chubby with relatively small QWERTY keyboard. Its screen resolution is also low compare to other smartphones.
