Everyone seemed to be busy with the Nokia World event being held these days but seems like another smartphone manufacturer HTC, is also rolling out its latest smartphones in parallel. In a press conference, HTC unveiled two of its latest Android handsets, Desire HD and the Desire Z.

 

The Desire HD & Desire Z features:
1. It has a 4.3 inch touchscreen and will run on 1 GHz processor over Android 2.2 Froyo and is more or less the CDMA equivalent of the HTC EVO.

 

2. Desire will also feature a dual camera setup with the rare camera receiving 8 megapixels and a 720p HD video recording capability and aided by dual LED Flash. HTC Sense UI will also be incorporated into the device along with Wi-Fi and HSAP+ radio compliance.

 

3. The Desire Z will be the sibling of the G2 – powered on a 800 MHzMSM7230 processor, it will feature a full QWERTY keyboard and a 3.7 inch display along with an 8 megapixel camera with 720p HD recording and also Sense UI along with Wi-Fi and HSAP+ radio.

 

Both the phones are going to be available in the by this October 2010.
