HTC Desire HD is coming with Vodafone by this October 22nd

Vodafone have confirmed that they will be shipping the HTC Desire HD by October 22nd.

This confirmation follows reports that both the HTC Desire HD and Desire Z may face delays until November, due to failing to pass Google’s Type Approval testing. However, it looks like the hold-up won’t last as long as we feared, with Vodafone‘s announcement stating that the Desire HD will land a week on Friday.

The HTC Desire Z is still unclear, with further rumors telling there may be problems with its hinge. Amazon however, is still listing the handset with an availability date of November 1st.

This is currently available to pre-order on pay monthly deals with Vodafone.
