An unknown tipster has sent some pictures and details of Motorola upcoming Smartphone codenamed Motorola Olympus today, which is said to be the future iPhone killer. This device is totally identical to Motorola Defy and as rumors suggest it will feature a dual-core Tegra 2 processor, making it first Android device from Motorola to do so.

It seems as Motorola is the first smartphone running Nvidia’s Tegra 2 dual-core processor known as Olympus rather than Terminator and could run Android 2.2 instead of Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

According to sources, the Motorola Milestone 2 will be launching in just over a week’s time on October 18th. The retailer is listing a SIM free version of the upcoming Android handset, and states its availability as an “estimated 10 days”.

No network have yet come forward to announce their support for the handset, so those of you looking to get the Milestone 2 on a pay-monthly plan may have to wait a little bit longer.
